Shipping Policy

MSA is always striving to supply the best quality in its price range this is why we are trying to cut possible expenses in the supply chain. All the products will be directly sent from the factory, which is in China and shipped to Australia by sea, typically around 15-30 days.

DELIVERY FAILURES

In the event of a consignment is returned to us because:

  • An incorrect address was provided by you
  • You failed to collect it from the Post Office or local depot where relevant
  • You were unavailable to sign for the delivery
  • You refused the delivery
  • The courier could not access the property
  • You failed to pay any import duty or tax which leads to call back or destoried by the Australian custom
  • You provided an Authority to Leave, but there was no clear safe location at the delivery point for the parcel to be left


A re-delivery fee will be calculated to your delivery address and is required to be paid prior to re-dispatch.

In the event of a delivery failure as described above, where you then request a refund, we will deduct the original shipping cost already paid to the delivery contractor from the amount you are refunded.
